About the Role
What You'll Do:
You will work with the Local People Operations Team based in New York. Your mission will be to support the team in different HR areas, with a focus on the US and Canada (some support to Brazil may be required) regions and supporting a population of around + employees:
This role will be based in Gurgaon and will be on a time shift of 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST covering our Americas business needs.
HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle & Compliance
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documentation and ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
Partner cross functionally with relevant stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
Act as the first point of contact from the People Operations team for new hires.
