People Data Reporting Analyst

The role will be a point of contact for all data access and ad-hoc reporting requests, managing the governance and process for sharing data both internally and externally.

This role will support scheduled and ad hoc compensation and benefits management activities, including gender pay gap statutory reporting and annual compensation and benefits cycles.

The role will lead data governance within global HRIS by understanding the data in Workday and being able to undertake data housekeeping and auditing to identify inaccuracies and ensure they are corrected.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global People team in collating, validating, and analyzing key people data to provide insights and assist in decision making.
