Your new role

In People Analytics & Intelligence, you will build and scale the people data foundation that enables consistent, trusted insights across the global People, Culture & Sustainability organization and for our leaders worldwide.

As our new People Data Engineer, you will drive our data management & engineering workstream – covering data architecture, data modelling, business logic and definitions, governance, and secure access management – working closely with your colleagues in People Analytics & Intelligence and partnering with Global IT.
