JOB PURPOSE

The International Assignee (IA) Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding, banking, and contracting experience for International Assignees within WVI. This role provides administrative and coordination support across multiple People & Culture (P&C) functions, ensuring compliance with internal processes and maintaining data accuracy throughout the IA employment and onboarding process.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

International Assignees (IA) Onboarding Assistance:

  • Track onboarding progress for new and existing IA candidates by running weekly reports and verifying employment data.
  • Ensure onboarding plans and business processes are assigned in a timely manner.
  • Submit requests for global health risk assessments and follow up to obtain relevant reports.
  • Provide up-to-date IA information to the P&C teams involved in IA recruitment, employment and onboarding.
