The Opportunity

This standalone People & Culture role sits at the heart of the organisation’s people experience. Working three days per week (0.6 FTE) , you will manage people projects and processes end-to-end, ensuring they run smoothly, on time and with clarity.

You’ll report to the Head of Operations & Marketing and work closely with senior leaders and a supportive Corporate Services Coordinator to deliver reliable, well-run people processes and ensure the team feels supported to do their best work.
