PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER

We have a great opportunity to join our ASC as our new People & Culture Manager. The People & Culture Manager leads the organisation through all HR, WHS and volunteering activities.
 
This role is part of ASC's Leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a generalist role and has primary responsibility for all areas of HR and WHS, with a particular focus on psycho-social safety and support for staff and volunteers.
 
This role is full-time, based in Newtown, with some flexibility to work from home on occasion.
