About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Proactively partner with people leaders to create an amazing employee experience for their Fulfillment Centre team members at all sites.
Provide advice to leaders on team matters including IR/ER, policy, legislation and people issues.
Partner with the business to ensure the growth of people leaders, with a focus on performance, development and coaching.
Support the execution of the cyclical P&C activities for the FC’s collaborating with leaders to educate, coach and deliver on requirements.
Contribute to the action planning and implementation of strategies to embed their values-based culture to engage and inspire the team
Manage organisational change effectively, ensuring all business changes are well considered, carefully planned and effectively implemented

About You
3-5 years demonstrated operational HR Generalist experience.
Solid IR/ER experience.
