- Experienced in identifying and advising on L&D needs.
- Provenexperience of joint planning with internal and external stakeholders.
- Constructionindustry experience.
- Awareness ofthe UK education sector.
- Awareness ofthe CITB Levy mechanisms.
- Awareness ofthe Apprenticeship Levy mechanisms.
- Experience ofconstruction and engineering related professional memberships and chartershiproutes such as ICE, RICS, ACOSTE and CICES.
- Experience offunding streams related to the industry such as the CITB levy.
- Health &Safety Awareness.
