The Role
- Perform administrative work including enrolment, contribution, termination and switching for Mandatory Provident Fund and Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance schemes
- Perform checking on regular reports to clients and members
- Perform health check and investigation on data discrepancies
- Handle follow-up requests and complaints from members, employers, fund managers, external trustees and authorities
- Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures
- Recommend revision to procedures due to system and legislative changes
- Escalate to senior upon irregularities found
- Assist to conduct the system enhancement user acceptance tests
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency
