Pega Lead Decisioning

• Ability to recommend decisioning algorithms that balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Certified in Pega CPMC and CPDC
• Certified in Pega CSSA
• Should have strong experience defining decisioning architecture, solutions & design for Pega decisioning and Pega Marketing
• End to end experience defining solutions, design, and implementation in Customer Marketing, contact strategy, segmentation, adaptive modeling, campaign management
• Experience in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, Big data platforms, data modeling, database performance, and multi-terabyte data warehouses
• Manage a team of Pega Decisioning Architects and system architects and ensure tasks are assigned and delivered on time and on budget.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry-standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Scrum, and waterfall
