Role: Pega Developer with Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement PEGA applications aligned with insurance business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions. Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, including guardrails and performance standards. Lead development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
