Peak+ Field Technician

Location: Memphis, TN (based out of our Memphis office)
Travel: 70% during the summer peak season, lighter the rest of the year
Reports to: Head of Field Operations

We're looking for a Field Technician to be the person who keeps our deployed systems running. When a controller stops communicating, a sensor drifts or fails, or the dashboard flags something that doesn't look right, you're the one who diagnoses it and makes it right - often on-site, often on your own. You'll have our engineering team as backup for the genuinely tough problems, but the day-to-day reality of this role is being a self-starter who can land at a site, work the problem, and solve it without someone holding your hand through every step.
