Job Summary
A Project Coordinator Level 3 manages end-to-end project coordination including back‑office tasks, approvals, updates, launch information, stakeholder coordination, cross‑functional meetings, planning and New Product Onboarding (NPO) and New Product Stakeholder Onboarding (NPSO). This role requires significant stakeholder interaction and Project Management experience.
Responsibilities
Launch Project Coordination
- Communicate with stakeholders, vendors and project managers regarding launch scoping.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Onboard new product stakeholders and languages, communicating tactical changes and wrap‑up requirements.
Organize and facilitate monthly meetings with LPM
- Provide updates on projects, launches and other initiatives including pulling reports.
Consult and communicate with stakeholders regarding clean‑up services post‑translation
