JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for managing configurations and BOM structures to support customer & product change requests. Create and manage various configurations for products in Ultrasound portfolio that are present in the global catalogue. Support quality improvements initiatives w.r.t configurations for various product lines. Interface with R&D, Marketing, Service and Procurement teams to gather and prioritize requests for product configuration changes. Plan, lead and track changes requests and provide status to internal and external stakeholders effectively. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee & contractors onboarding, performance appraisal and providing career development planning and opportunities.
