**Your role:**
+ Responsible for managing configurations and BOM structures to support customer & product change requests. Create and manage various configurations for products in Ultrasound portfolio that are present in the global catalogue.
+ Support quality improvements initiatives w.r.t configurations for various product lines.
+ Interface with R&D, Marketing, Service and Procurement teams to gather and prioritize requests for product configuration changes. Plan, lead and track changes requests and provide status to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
+ Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee & contractors onboarding, performance appraisal and providing career development planning and opportunities.
