P&D Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and control pick‑up and delivery operations within the service area of the station to achieve maximum service objectives.
• Supervise, coordinate, and control warehouse and ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Four (4) years of FedEx or industry experience.
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Currently a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
