PCM Work Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are the Distribution Lines Capital Portfolio within BC Hydro’s Program and Contract Management group. We are responsible for delivering $200 million in distribution infrastructure maintenance and replacements every year. We replace end‑of‑life overhead and underground assets including underground cable, switchgear, transformers, civil infrastructure, poles, and automation equipment.

We work with stakeholders across the organization including Asset Management, Engineering, Standards, Field Operations, Indigenous Relations, Customer Relations, and more to plan, build, and execute our work.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the day‑to‑day delivery of the work, responsible for progress monitoring, reporting, forecasting, problem solving and escalation.
• Manage a program portfolio with an annual capital budget of up to $30 million.
