Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams to align strategies and provide seamless service to clients.Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities within the Asia-Pacific region to identify potential growth opportunities.Prepare and present account plans, forecasts, and reports to senior management, demonstrating progress and strategic initiatives.
