Summary
The PCBA rework operator reworks, repairs and modifies printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). Position reports to the Supervisor for Rework & Repair. (100% on-site)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform rework, repairs and modifications by hand or at a rework station following assembly procedures and visual aide instructions.Verify integrity of material to be assembled.Work with electronic components (e.g. resistors, capacitors, connectors, sockets, etc.)Identify and replace damaged or faulty electronic components.Solder electronic components in specific printed circuit board locations and/or repair soldering mistakes.Responsible for hand soldering, stuffing, and mechanical assembly.Add wires to specific locations following assembly procedure, engineering change order (ECO), wiring diagram, electrical schematic, etc.Add/remove compon...
