PCBA & product test engineer

Responsibility: - Responsible for electronic product functional test in industrialization team on new product development project. - Define product test strategy. - Provide PCBA & FG DFT (Design for Test) requirements to R&D according to test strategy and other targets. - Make test coverage analysis, identify, and follow up potential risks and issues. - Propose product architecture according to manufacturability and testability. - Estimate test equipment investment budget. - Define test equipment specification and qualification plan - Select / validate the appropriate sub/contractor for equipment making (with Purchasing) - Manage sub-contractor during test equipment development phase in vendor side. - Follow up and report the schedule/risk/issue of the equipment making, - Qualify equipment before shipment to Schneider plant or to other contract manufacturer. - Final qualify test equipment with whole production system and transfer the responsibility of the equipment to manufacturing tea...
