PCBA Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced PCBA Engineer to lead the design and development of printed circuit board assemblies from system requirements through board-level implementation and manufacturing NPI.

This role requires strong expertise in microcontroller-based hardware design, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance within regulated product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop electronic system and hardware architectures from product requirements down to PCBA board-level design.
• Design PCBAs incorporating microprocessors and microcontrollers, including component selection, schematic design, layout guidance, and design optimization.
• Lead board bring-up, prototype validation, debugging, and transition to manufacturing during New Product Introduction (NPI).
