Location: Subiaco
Pay: $40-$45 p/h
A leading aged care provider is seeking a People & Capabilities Generalist for an ongoing temporary assignment based in Subiaco. This is a hands-on role supporting employee relations, HR administration, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Contracts, onboarding, and offboarding
- HRIS and employee records management
- Compliance checks (work rights, police, vaccinations, training)
- First-level advice on performance, grievances, and policy interpretation
About the Candidate
- 2–3 years’ HR / P&C experience
- HR, Business, or related qualification
- Knowledge of Fair Work (Aged Care Award desirable)
