P&C Advisory Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisory Manager to lead our Victoria and Tasmania portfolio within the national People Solutions Centre. In this key leadership role, you will lead a high-performing, multi-level P&C advisory team, comprising Advisors, Partners and Senior Partners, with accountability for delivering consistent, high-quality advisory services across Victoria and Tasmania. You will partner with leaders through an advisory-led partnering approach to deliver pragmatic, high-quality workforce solutions for a large and diverse blended workforce of employees and volunteers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Solutions Centre, you will operate within a centralised, high-volume and complex environment, overseeing the resolution of sensitive and complex matters, building leadership capability, and drive alignment with national People & Culture strategies.
