About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing for assigned projects.
- Coordinates and schedules payroll and food voucher payments.
- Processes and generates SUA files (monthly and bimonthly).
- Reviews/Identifies discrepancies in employee contributions and employer-employee contributions (INFONAVIT and IMSS).
- Performs/Reviews employee withholdings.
- Manages personnel files.
Requirements:
- 2 years of payroll experience.
- Experience as an HR assistant, analyst, or specialist.
- Experience with legally mandated withholdings (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.).
- Knowledge of handling and clarifying IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements.
- Knowledge of FONACOT administration and payments.
- Knowledge of payroll account reconciliations.
