Payroll Technician

We are looking for a Payroll Technician to join our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role will be fully dedicated to the accurate and timely processing of payroll and related administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Collect, validate, and update payroll data (salaries, variable compensation, bonuses, deductions, etc.).
• Support time and attendance management to ensure correct payroll calculation.
• Calculate overtime, absences, sick leave, and other payroll-related adjustments.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and statutory declarations.
• Ensure correct calculation and payment of payroll taxes and social security contributions.
• Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records and documentation.
