- Located in Mexico – Guadalajara. Experienced in payroll USA
- Knowledge of time tracking systems (Workday)
- Mailbox monitoring
- Monitor Payroll Cycles
- Answer tickets on customer response center and attend escalations.
- Excellent collaboration & teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in automations.
- English Proficiency.
- Excel – Advanced.
- Power BI
- Analytics skillsCertifications Needed:- 2+ years of project management
- 2+ experience in Payroll******Salary $23,000 Pesos per month*****
