About the Role

Job Description
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Team as a Payroll Supervisor. This role will initially be based at Tattenhall, moving to our brand new site in Birchwood once complete.
The Payroll Supervisor will report into the Payroll Manager, and supervise a team to deliver Bi-weekly, Lunar and Monthly payroll for over 3000 employees.
Key Duties of the Payroll Supervisor:
Support the Payroll Manager to deliver an effective and efficient payroll function
Cover all aspects of payroll.
 HMRC reporting compliance and provision of management information
Effectively supervise the team , offering guidance and direction to enhance the payroll process, helping to mitigate risk and minimising the occurrence of error and ensuring the team’s business continuity in the event of staff absence
