  • Mascot based offices – fun office culture, close to cafes and public transport.

  • Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm with the option to WFH 1 day per week after training


    • As a Payroll Supervisor at Coates you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll administration and ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and on time. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • The supervision and coordination of Coates' standard payroll processing activities.

  • Processing and reviewing payroll for accuracy.

  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and issues.

  • Preparing payroll reports.

  • Collaborating with HR and Finance departments.
