Job Description – Payroll Specialist

• Process end-to-end payroll for Managed and Seat Lease accounts
• Maintain accurate payroll records for all employees
• Ensure all payroll-related concerns and queries are addressed in a timely manner
• Prepare payroll reports for distribution after payroll processing
• Compute and prepare final pay for inactive or separated employees
• Track Service Incentive Leave (SIL) credits and usage
• Maintain records for employee loans and advances
• Respond to inquiries related to government statutory deductions
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
