Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a retail company, who are looking for a Payroll Specialist, on a 12-month basis. The Payroll Specialist will take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations for Spain & Portugal. This role is either on a remote (Spain), or hybrid basis within their central Madrid office.

Responsibilities:

The Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

• End to end payroll management, prepare, validate, and process monthly payroll for employees in Spain & Portugal
• Compliance with local legislation, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Maintain and update employee data in payroll system
• Manage payroll partner to ensure the agreed key calendar milestones are met with accurate outcomes.
