Payroll Processor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares the payroll of the weekly based employees accordingly.
• Accurately computes the payroll of the weekly based employees.
• Error free encodes the overtime, absences, tardiness, and other adjustments regarding the payroll of the weekly based employees.
• Always coordinates with HR department regarding the new system of the attendance, schedule of payroll and the payroll itself.
• Make necessary adjustments with the salary of the weekly based employees on the given time.
• Monitoring cash advance of Sta. Cruz Batching Plant
• Cash payroll attachment and releasing payroll of the weekly based employees
• File records like cash advance allowances, payroll summary, received voucher
• Monitoring and encodes the summary list of weekly based employees' contribution
• Maintain accurate employee records (changes in salary, designation and location)
• Performs any other duties ...
