Job Summary

Responsible for the daily activities associated with timely and accurate Maintaining of Trust books of accounts, processing settlement and transfer claims, resolving the employee/member queries using the enterprise tools and system and Trust procedures. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate input and maintenance of employee data in Trust Books of Accounts and accounting and administration of the three Trusts of Bechtel India.

The position requires using tools and systems such as SAP for employee data , Forms+, Service Now, File-net for audit trails and documentation. An important part of the responsibility is mailbox handling and supporting employee queries for overall control.
