Payroll Officer

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to join Brandbank and support the smooth administration of payroll services across our retail brands.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time while maintaining employee records.

THE ROLE:

• Ensure accurate authorisation of timesheets in line with awards, policies, and legislation.
• Perform end-to-end payroll duties for retail brands in AU and NZ (fortnightly) and the Support Office (monthly).
• Process payroll adjustments, including taxation, superannuation, termination payments, and other compliance-related items.
