About the Role
Our client, a well-established and growing organization based in Downtown Vancouver, is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own and manage the full payroll function for approximately 200 employees across Canada, with some exposure to U.S. payroll. Reporting to both the Human Resources and Finance departments, this role plays a key part in ensuring payroll operations run smoothly while supporting reporting and process improvements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys taking ownership of payroll end-to-end, working closely with leadership, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
This role supports a stable and growing organization where payroll is a critical operational function, offering the opportunity to work cross-functionally with both HR and Finance teams.
