Payroll Manager

Summary: We are a large, PE-backed recurring revenue business with ~5,000 employees and a highly acquisitive growth strategy.

We are seeking a Payroll Supervisor to help lead payroll operations, ensure compliance, and manage a team responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple entities.

This role will oversee payroll staff, drive process improvements, and partner with HR and Finance to deliver a seamless employee experience while maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Supervise payroll specialists and coordinate daily payroll operations.

Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to payroll team members.

Allocate workload and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
