About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. The candidate will assist in managing and processing employee payroll while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Key Responsibility
Assist in processing monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Maintain and update employee payroll records (salary structure, deductions, bonuses, etc.).
Support in statutory compliance such as:
PF (Provident Fund)
ESI (Employee State Insurance)
PT (Professional Tax)
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Help in generating payslips and payroll reports .
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
Assist in handling employee queries related to salary and deductions .
