About the Role
Primary Objective
To independently manage and execute payroll-related financial activities, tax clearance administration, and end-to-end reconciliation of payroll accounts. This role ensures full compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, strong governance, accurate financial records, and timely resolution of payroll discrepancies, in line with Level D role expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Tax & Compliance Management
- Administer and manage tax clearance matters, including CP22A processing, withheld salary settlements, and resolution of outstanding payroll tax exposures.
- Ensure all payroll tax activities comply with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Liaise professionally with LHDN and internal stakeholders on payroll tax-related matters.
