Payroll Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
Responsible for preparing hourly and salary payroll, execute incidences.
**Duties**:
- Review weekly hours the system gets with the supervisors, and make any change needed.
- Get approval from the Managers for the overtime.
- Charge the new employees into the social security.
- Review payroll with Finance Manager for the approval before distribution.
- Administration of the saving fund, conciliation with VECTOR.
- Calculate and generate employees severance payments.
- Responsible of headcount reporting control (assuring veracity of personnel listings by department/account mapping)
