Oracle Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior/Principal Consultant to lead the delivery of end‑to‑end Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Singapore Payroll legislation, strong analytical ability, and proven experience guiding clients through complex HR and payroll transformations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go‑live.
• Interpret and apply Singapore Payroll legislation (CPF, IRAS, SHG Funds, SDL, leave mandates, statutory submissions) to ensure compliance.
• Conduct fit–gap analysis, solution workshops, and prepare functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, fast formulas, and data migration.
