About the Role This role is responsible for leading payroll compliance initiatives across two payroll teams servicing multiple workforce groups. You will partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, Digital & Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure payroll systems, processes, and reporting meet all legislative and organisational requirements.
