Job Description:
Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, the Payroll & Benefits Analyst is responsible for assisting the Payroll & Benefits department with concise and timely completion of bi-weekly and semi-monthly employee payrolls while providing daily direction to Payroll & Benefits Administrator, , as well as the completion of all government remittances, payroll and benefits related G/L account reconciliations, and payroll bank account reconciliations.Work is normally performed in an office setting, with regular trips to the LDI Mine Site.
Responsibilities:
Lead payroll services to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across all scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, while following current legislation and collective agreement
Process and ensure accuracy of special payments, manual cheques and regular remittances
