About the Role
Contract | Sydney | HR Systems Integration Programme
We are working with a large enterprise organisation undergoing a major HR systems transformation across Australia and New Zealand.
This role sits at the centre of a complex integration programme involving:
- Humanforce (Time & Attendance)
- MicrOpay (Payroll)
- ELMO (HRIS)
- Award / EBA driven payroll rules
- Multi-entity data integration
This is not a generic UAT role. The successful candidate will play a critical role in validating payroll configurations, awards interpretation and end-to-end system integrations as the programme moves through SIT and into UAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases across Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
