Position Description:
(12-month contract)
Part of the HR/Payroll Operations team, supporting the execution of payroll processes and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll services.
•Support monthly payroll cycle activities (data collection, validation, and timely processing support)
• Prepare, check, and upload payroll inputs using required templates/tools
• Maintain and validate employee master data changes (e.g., hires, leavers, contract changes) in line with process controls
• Support absence and time-related data checks and follow-ups with HR/stakeholders
• Triage and resolve (or route) payroll queries from employees and managers; track cases to closure
• Support payroll reconciliations and basic reporting (e.g., control totals, variance checks)
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors/providers as needed to resolve discrepancies
