The Payroll & Administration Manager is the operational backbone of our people administration. You’ll sit within the Finance team and work closely with the Financial Controller, ensuring that payroll is coordinated accurately, employee records are airtight, compliance requirements are met, and that every person who joins or leaves noissue has a seamless experience from a systems perspective.
You’ll work across Xero and Remote, our third-party global payroll platform, coordinating inputs and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This is a role for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrives in an environment where accuracy and organisation are non-negotiable.
