About the Role

Our client, a top multinational in e-commerce, is looking for a Payments Senior Associate to join their Cross-Border team in LATAM.  In this role, you will: - Lead a team of analysts in payment reconciliation and operational excellence.

  • - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure  timely and efficient project delivery .
  • - Drive process improvements to enhance buyer/seller payment experiences.
  • - Collaborate with banks, Fintechs, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • - Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to reduce costs and optimize workflows.
  • - Ensure compliance and efficiency in cross-border payment systems.


    What we’re looking for: -  2-5 years of experience in project management (PMO)  within the technology sector.
