Payments Partnership Officer

About the role
You will be responsible for ensuring our platform has the most robust, high-performance local payment connectivity in assigned markets. You are expected to navigate the complex intersection of high-risk processing, local banking infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do
Secure, onboard, and manage alternative and high-risk PSPs across assigned markets
Navigate regulatory, operational, and settlement challenges in complex jurisdictions
Deep-dive into local banking rails (e.g., PromptPay, UPI, QRIS, Momo) to ensure our integrations are optimized for speed and reliability.
Maintain multi-PSP redundancy to ensure payment continuity and risk mitigation
Monitor PSP performance, manage escalations, and control payment-related risk exposure
Support market expansion initiatives in close collaboration with Compliance and Business Development teams
