Payments - Implementation Analyst Mexico

The Implementations team is in charge of managing projects to set up new products and services for corporate clients at J.P. Morgan. Such projects can range from a simple account setup with its respective contracts to complex full automation of corporate treasury processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Contracts management, from requesting a contract to the Document Management Office to the reception and receipt confirmation to a client, including continuous follow-ups and communications with clients and internal stakeholders;
• Implementation procedures updates, assisting in procedure generation and/or updates as required by the product agenda, which could be due to a new product launch, Implementations global alignment, or regulatory changes;
• Client management to lead projects facing clients and ensuring the achievement of treasury goals while providing a great client experience.
