Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedPayment Posting Specialistto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine, as well as proficiency in eCW, and a thorough understanding of accurately posting electronic and paper payments for medical services.

Monday to Friday | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Post all electronic remittance advice (ERAs) daily, ensuring that accounts are correctly allocated, and any partial payments or denials are resolved promptly.

• Post all paper payments and scan explanation of benefits (EOBs) into the payment entry system.

• Work closely with the billing team to ensure accurate payment posting and claim submission.
