Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our background check and screening services. This role focuses on generating high-quality B2B and B2C leads while ensuring compliance with advertising policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards. The PPC Manager will be responsible for maximizing ROI, maintaining brand credibility, and driving consistent lead volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
• Develop keyword strategies focused on background checks, employment screening, tenant screening, and compliance-related services
• Ensure all ad copy and landing pages comply with Google Ads policies, FCRA, and data privacy regulations
