The Paving Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily asphalt paving field operations, coordinating with owners and general contractors, and organizing crews and subcontractors. They ensure contracts are completed safely, on time, on budget, in compliance with specifications and customer expectations; provide accurate revenue and cost information to accounting staff in a timely manner; and review invoices and cost reports before release.
